With more than 40 available modules, the wide range of JDSU optical modules covers all possible needs for fiber optic measurements in the field via reflectometry.
Modules for former platforms such as the JDSU MTS-5X00 are being restored to their former glory as they are almost all compatible and via a motherboard adapter, can be easily inserted into the new platforms. It is time to order an upgrade!
Below is a non-exhaustive summary of the main OTDR modules available today for the T-BERD/MTS-6000 / T-BERD/MTS-8000 platforms. This table enables us to obtain an overview of the range and choose the appropriate module for fiber optic measurements.
