In case of breakdown, using problem or a simple periodic control of your FUJIKURA equipment you are more than welcome to open an After Sale ticket through our customer service contact describing the nature of the problem.

Sending back your Fujikura splicers and cleavers to after-sales service must be done within the original transport case.

The original case was designed to protect your equipment from shocks during transport.

Any transport carried out without the original suitcase may lead to the cancellation of the manufacturer's warranty.

ITOCHU also informs you that the settings/adjustments that could be made during the maintenance service cannot be guaranteed for 3 months, if the splicer is sent without its original transport case.
